Hi! I’m Hiedi. I’m a hairstylist at New Dreams Beauty Studio in Sacramento- Specializing in babylights/highlights, balayage, & color corrections. I also offer root retouches, gray blending, semi/demi(temp)color,& multiple types of extensions! If you found what you want, but you aren’t sure what to book for- Maybe you’re unsure if I t’s highlights or a balayage, reach out to me OR you can schedule either/ or. Cancellation Policy
